The Hebrew title of this book is
Ba-Midbar (in the desert). For Fulani readers, the book of Numbers in the Bible connects with their own experience of living in the desert areas of Africa. The perspective of a Fulani reader on this book is therefore of great interest. Mr. Oumar Diallo is a Fulani Christian minister in Senegal. This paper presents his comments on the book of Numbers as noted down during personal interviews in 2023.
